I had the pleasure of working with Feezable the Germ again on his new track "Wilson Fisk". Rappers should take note from this guy. He adds character, improvises and takes direction super well. It makes directing the video that much smoother and the finished product is that much better. Check out all of Germ's tunes here. This guy has a bunch of new music on the way so be on the lookout for that!Read More
Grammer police have no fear, I did mean "Reel" as in my demo reel baby! Last year around this time, I took a swan dive into the video world. It's been a weird yet smooth and super successful transition from stills to motion. You've heard this story before so I'll spare you this time around. At any rate, this last year has been amazing and to finally see the best shots all in one action packed video is so cool for me. I had an absolute blast making this and I couldn't have done it without all of your support. Without stories, I have no work. So I thank all of you for your amazing stories and allowing me to tell them in my own way.Read More
Last fall, I had the pleasure of shooting a music video with Seattle super group "Th3rdz". These dudes were a blast to work with and truly they are entertainers. I had been seeing a bunch of cool live performance videos like this one of Allen Stone along with this one of CunninLynguists and knew these guys would be the perfect fit for my attempt at this.Read More
Waddup world? It's been a while since I dropped a new video on you. Well today, I drop the biggest production in my career. This video took about 5 days to shoot and many more were spent planning and in the edit room. Working with JC Flow was a true pleasure. He took direction very well and had a great deal of support from his friends and family to make this all happen. This guy puts a ton of hard work into his music and it shows. I had to match that on my end and I knew it wouldn't be easy. We put a ton of work into this and I'm so happy with the way it turned out.Read More
Several months ago I worked with local musician Jack The Ripper on his debut album "Don't Look Back". Jack is a producer first but ended up singing on a few of the tracks as well. Seattle locals like Geologic from Blue Scholars, Spaceman, Dyme Def and Grynch are only a few of the dope emcees who are featured on this album. The album is solid from start to finish and touches on several different styles. Don't Look Back is available on iTunes and you can download it here.
I was stoked to be able to do the photography and design for this project. Below are some of the photos we took for the album and then the album design itself. I definitely recommend you pick this up and support the Seattle local.
