Love is a Business

Music has been a big part of my life for a long time. It's amazing to me how it creates so much emotion. It brings you up to the highest of highs and can bring you down to the bottom of the bottle. I love all kinds of music but hip hop has had the most influence on me since I was a young dude. There's always been amazing music, but with technology these days, we have access to it all. It's amazing.

I've been listening to The Physics since their first album "Future Talk". I've always loved the smooth soul sounds these guys produce. Recently on a trip down to San Fran, I put "The High Society EP" on my iPod and pushed play when I sat down on the BART. It was the best soundtrack I could have selected. It really re-connected me with their music. Since then, I've been anxiously waiting for the day their new album dropped. That day happened last week and I couldn't be happier.

I love this album! Thig Nat rolls like a Cadillac over the laid back sounds courtesy of Justo. This is "feel good music" to the fullest. Seattle music is really killing it these days and these guys are on the top of my list.

Do yourself a favor and head over to Bandcamp and download their new album "Love is a Business". It's only $10 which is equal to two beers at the bar which only last about an hour. This lasts forever! Also, don't sleep on the other downloads on there. All the projects these guys have put out have been nothing less than dope!

This was the first song I heard from these dudes like 4 years ago. It still bumps!
